Ingredients
1 glass / serving
  • 12.5 cl Lindemans Cassis lambic beer
  • 4 cl whisky or whiskey, such as Dewar's Scotch Whisky
  • 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • .5 cl Monin popcorn syrup
  • 1.5 cl Monin almond syrup (orgeat)
  • Popcorn (for garnish)

Preparation 

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice to pre-chill the glass. 
  2. Add ice to a shaker and combine the whisky, lime juice, popcorn syrup and almond syrup to form the base of this beer cocktail with Lindemans Cassis. 
  3. Shake for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled. 
  4. Strain into the chilled tumbler and top up with Lindemans Cassis. 
  5. Garnish with a few pieces of popcorn. 
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy this surprising beer cocktail with Lindemans Cassis.
