Ingredients
1 glass / serving
  • 12.5 cl Lindemans Faro-Lambic beer
  • 2 cl Monin sugar cane syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cl Mezcal
  • Slice of lime and, optionally, a burning piece of cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Preparation 

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice to pre-chill the glass. 
  2. Add ice to a shaker and combine the sugar cane syrup, fresh lime juice and mezcal to create the base of this beer cocktail with Lindemans Faro-Lambic. 
  3. Shake for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled tumbler and top with Lindemans Faro-Lambic beer.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lime and, if desired, a lightly burning piece of cinnamon stick. The cinnamon adds a subtle smoky richness.
