Method
- Place the egg yolks in a high-rimmed saucepan au bainmarie and mix in the Lindemans Framboise and the sugar.
- Whisk continuously until light and airy over moderate heat.
- Garnish four glasses with the raspberries and top with sabayon.
- Serve immediately.
