Ingredients

1 glass / serving

4 oz Lindemans Cassis lambic beer
1.5 oz whisky or whiskey, such as Dewar's Scotch Whisky
.75 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
.5 oz Monin popcorn syrup
1.5 cl Monin almond syrup (orgeat)
Popcorn (for garnish)

Preparation

Fill a tumbler with ice to pre-chill the glass.
Add ice to a shaker and combine the whisky, lime juice, popcorn syrup and almond syrup to form the base of this beer cocktail with Lindemans Cassis.
Shake for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
Strain into the chilled tumbler and top up with Lindemans Cassis.
Garnish with a few pieces of popcorn.
Serve immediately and enjoy this surprising beer cocktail with Lindemans Cassis.
