Lindemans Premium Distilled Gin Clear takes centre stage, allowing its bright, fresh botanicals to shine and set the tone for an elegant and easy cocktail recipe. Distilled with 16 botanicals and enriched with a distillate of Oude Kriek Cuvée René, the gin develops a soft citrus profile with delicate juniper and floral notes. Combined with a neutral tonic, it creates a light, sparkling balance that enhances the gin’s freshness and aromatic finesse. Pink grapefruit and rosemary garnish add texture, visual interest and a subtle, sophisticated touch.

Ingredients

1 glass / serving

4.5 cl Lindemans Premium Distilled Gin Clear
12.5 cl neutral tonic
1 slice of pink grapefruit
A few rosemary needles (for garnish)

Preparation

Fill a tumbler with ice to pre-chill the glass.
Pour 4.5 cl Lindemans Premium Distilled Gin Clear over the ice.
Add 12.5 cl of neutral tonic. Stir the gin and tonic to blend gently so the delicate flavours can unfold.
Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a few rosemary needles. It gives this cocktail with Lindemans Premium Distilled Gin Clear a fresh aroma, an elegant appearance and a slightly herbal flavour.
