Our brewers’ secret

Lindemans Goyck is all about contrast and harmony. The bold, hoppy bitterness of Toots meets the refined sourness of Lindemans lambic. Together, they create a layered taste experience—where sharp meets subtle, and bitterness is softened by a gentle acidity. The result is a balanced interplay that’s both refreshing and complex.

From Gooik to Goyck: A tale of two brewers and one remarkable beer

From Gooik to Goyck: A tale of two brewers and one remarkable beer

The name Goyck is a nod to the old spelling of Gooik, a picturesque village in the heart of the Pajottenland. This region is famous for its lambic heritage, and it’s also the hometown of two passionate brewers: Geert Lindemans and Koenraad Goddeau. Their shared roots and love for authentic brewing traditions inspired a unique collaboration. Together, Lindemans Brewery and Toots have combined centuries-old lambic craftsmanship and modern brewing creativity in one exceptional beer.
