Our brewers’ secret

Lindemans Premium Distilled Gin Red is double-distilled in copper and crafted with a blend of 16 carefully selected botanicals. Included are juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, cardamom, orange peel, lemon peel, cinnamon, orris root, star anise, and others that bring depth and complexity. But the real secret lies in its base: a refined distillate of Lindemans Oude Kriek Cuvée René, enriched with pure sour cherry juice. This fusion of traditional lambic and artisanal distillation creates a flavoured red gin with vibrant citrus notes, floral spice, and a subtle cherry finish — all with a brilliant red hue.

A gin born from Oude Kriek Cuvée René

When Lindemans set out to create a gin, we didn’t just want to follow a trend — we wanted to build a bridge between brewing and distilling. That’s why we partnered with Stokerij De Moor in Aalst, a family-run distillery known for its artisanal approach. Together, we developed two gins based on our Oude Kriek Cuvée René: Clear and Red. By distilling Oude Kriek Cuvée René and blending it with botanicals and fresh cherry juice, we created something truly original. A meeting of two local traditions, captured in every bottle of our red gin.
