Ingredients
1 glass / serving
Lindemans Framboise - 25cl
Lindemans Framboise - 25cl
  • 12.5 cl Lindemans Framboise lambic beer
  • 2 cl Monin white chocolate syrup
  • 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cl aged rum, such as Havana Club Anejo
  • Slice of lime and a fresh raspberry (for garnish)

Preparation 

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice to pre-chill the glass.
  2. Add ice to a shaker and combine the white chocolate syrup, lime juice and rum to create the base of this beer cocktail with Lindemans Framboise. 
  3. Shake for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled tumbler and top up with Lindemans Framboise raspberry lambic beer.
  5. Garnish with a straw, a slice of lime and a fresh raspberry for a festive touch. 
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy this sophisticated, fruity beer cocktail with Lindemans Framboise.
