Ingredients
1 glass / serving
Lindemans Pecheresse - 25cl
Lindemans Pecheresse - 25cl
  • 12.5 cl Lindemans Pecheresse lambic beer
  • 2 cl Monin Mojito mint syrup
  • 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cl whiskey or bourbon
  • Lemon zest and a sprig of mint (for garnish)

Preparation 

  1. Fill a tumbler with ice to pre-chill the glass. 
  2. Add ice to a shaker and combine the Mojito mint syrup, fresh lemon juice and whiskey or bourbon to form the base of this beer cocktail with Lindemans Pecheresse. 
  3. Shake for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled tumbler and top up with Lindemans Pecheresse peach lambic beer.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon and sprig of mint. 
  6. Enjoy this fruity and approachable beer cocktail with Lindemans Pecheresse, offering a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity and fruit flavour.
