Preparation
Fill a tumbler with ice to pre-chill the glass.
Add ice to a shaker and combine the hazelnut syrup, lime juice, coffee liqueur and vodka to form the base of this beer cocktail with Lindemans Pecheresse.
Shake for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
Strain into the chilled tumbler and top up with Lindemans Pecheresse peach lambic beer.
Garnish with a straw, a slice of lime and a few coffee beans.
