Ingredients

1 glass / serving

Lindemans Tarot d'Or - 25cl

12.5 cl Lindemans Tarot d'Or strong fruit beer
3 cl white rum
1.5 cl Monin Passionfruit syrup (or simple syrup)
1 cl freshly squeeze lime juice
Splash of pineapple juice
Seltzer water, to top off

Preparation

Fill a Lindemans glass half-full with good quality ice.
In a shaker, mix the rum, syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice. Pour into glass over ice.
Top up with 12.5 cl Lindemans Tarot d'Or and stir briefly.
Top with seltzer until full, then stir again.
Garnish with a straw and a generous wheel of lime.
