This exceptional creation is brewed with roasted wheat and matured for a total of three years: two years in oak foeders, followed by one year in 20‑year‑old cognac barrels. The result is a masterful blend where the fresh vibrancy of lambic merges with the warm, deep character of cognac.

In the glass, Lindemans Gueuze Dark appears deep amber‑brown with rich, warm undertones. The aroma reveals subtle roasted wheat and an elegant hint of cognac. Its flavour is complex, layered and refined: a perfect balance of bright acidity, soft woody notes and a gently warming cognac nuance.
